I bought a pair of farm to feet socks at a large sporting goods store years ago, I'd had many different socks that I wore for hunting and ice fishing. Well since I bought that one pair it's pretty much the only pair I use. I washed and dried that one pair many times and its still holding up just fine. I Finally looked up farm to feet (only way I knew what they were is that its written on top of toe) and was pleased to see it's an American company with everything made in the US. I late night ordered two pair of the Kodiaks for extreme cold conditions. Got to wear them for opening of gun hunting (pretty cold 18 degrees) and they are performing as good or better than my original pair. With other socks my feet will get cold and there's usually no getting warm again, with farm to feet socks I just wiggle my toes a bit and they warm right up. Also stay dry really well. Love these socks.

I'm in the PNW and right now it is damp/cold and my feet are always freezing! I was looking for socks that would keep my feet toasty warm without getting sweaty and hold up to everyday wear. These socks have delivered. The amount of cushion is perfect, my feet are warm, the socks hold up after washing, and I am not constantly pulling them up, they stay in place. 10/10

Living in Texas, I have pretty limited need for some socks this thick! But when stand hunting in the winter they will be needed. I have Struggled to find socks that are warm enough to withstand sitting 15' in the air for several hours in freezing temps. being still and not getting alot of body heat from movement makes cold temps even colder.
I got a pair of the long tactical socks from F2F last year that worked better than many other high end wool brands, I bought these to see if I can stay a little bit warmer.
F2F socks Didn't get crunchy after sweating, and stayed fresh for multiple day excursions.
I just need to make sure I have some boots that are roomy enough to I don't get blood restriction because these socks are thick!!!

I own 15 pairs of Columbus socks for average days and 10 pairs of the Kodiak socks for when it’s extreme cold in Northern Virginia. Thick warm and fluffy in a tactical package, absolutely love to pull’em on when it’s really cold. Excellent durability and comfort. At this point, my Feet to Farm socks are the only ones I use, regardless of what I am doing or where I am going. It’s well worth paying for one pair of USA made socks that last forever, as compared to a whole pack of foreign made that are ripped up and in the trash in a year or less.

These are without a doubt the best socks I have ever worn or seen, and I'm 70 years old. I cannot seem to wear out a pair and I use them mostly for hiking on unimproved trails in the Olympics. Even if your shoe leaks your feet stay dry. I wash them with the rest of my hiking clothes and put them in the dryer like everything else. They are very thick and cushiony keep your feet warm in the winter and dry in the summer.
